As I began getting into motion graphics using Adobe After Effects, I took inspiration from live concert visuals and decided to create a short music video using only rectangles - or obelisks - to experiment with different effects that would come together and create a visual show reacting with the music in a way I felt was fitting. I wanted the visuals to match the music, creating a mysterious and deep atmosphere to go with the minimal bass-heavy track, and using very digital effects that would fit the digital nature of the song.
