For a fun design challenge, I wanted to make a calendar layout unlike anything I had ever seen before. I had this idea of making the days difficult to connect with their respective boxes (or circles, in this case) in a way that makes the user need to interface with the calendar almost as if to solve a puzzle every day. It is certainly unconventional and far from efficient, but in the digital age, I feel as if things like physical calendars and note taking could have more of a unique appeal to them as a contrast to the very utilitarian and straightforward use of digital calendars.
